 She is a consultant, professional speaker, and author. In 1992, Kelly founded Expressive Concepts. We help companies develop their leaders and improve their customer service – in order to be more profitable and productive in a global market. We specialize in designing customized, long-term programs (Leadership University or Customer Service Institute). We use a variety of methods to help you achieve your desired results: motivational speaking, consulting, distance learning, training, etc.
